Force Majeure: If the closing of a home is delayed due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or labor disruptions, the $250 per day late closing fee will be suspended for the duration of the delay, provided we promptly notify you of the event.
