Starting September 1st anyone who books a Design Center Preview appointment at Agile Homes walks out with a voucher for their choice of a large pizza from Ruszonis or a two scoop ice cream cone for every person in their party from We Dream of Ice Cream. Two of our favorite local Fruitland spots and our treat after your visit.

Something new this weekend. We are opening the doors in Payette for the first time and our team will be on site at Piper Glen on Sunday from 11am to 5pm at 3030 Cypress Point Avenue. These homes are move-in ready and worth the drive.

At Agile Homes Local. Loyal. is not something we say once and move on from. It shows up in the homes we build, the communities we invest in, and the causes we choose to get behind.

This page is where we keep a running list of the fundraisers, events, and community initiatives we are actively supporting or want to help bring attention to. It is not exhaustive and it is always growing. But everything on it is something we genuinely care about.

At 1,288 square feet it is our most compact plan and our most affordable entry point into a brand new Agile home. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, a covered front porch, and a covered back patio. Everything you need. Nothing you do not.

The Bellevue does not always get the loudest introduction. At 1,645 square feet it is not our largest plan and it is not the one people tend to walk in already excited about. But it has something a lot of plans at this size do not: a fourth bedroom positioned and configured in a way that gives the whole home real flexibility.
