Position: Model Home Assistant
Locations: Fruitland, Emmett, Payette, or Weiser
Hours: Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM, Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM, and other days as needed. (Additional days negotiable based on availability)
Pay: $20 per hour, plus a $250 bonus if a client signs a contract and their initial contact was with you in the house. Gas/Mileage reimbursement offered depending on work location.
What You’ll Do: You'll greet visitors with a smile and share information about our available homes. Collect and enter client details into BuilderTrend/ Hubspot, keep our fliers stocked and ready, work closely with our Sales Team for coverage and questions, and perform light cleaning to keep homes sparkling.
Who You Are: You are professional, friendly, detail-oriented, organized, a team player, and able to work independently.
