Some floor plans are exciting to talk about. The Teton is satisfying to live in. That distinction matters more than it sounds.
At 1,405 square feet it is one of our most affordable plans. It fits on virtually every lot we build on. It comes in three elevation options so it does not look the same as every other home on the street. And it delivers a split bedroom layout that punches well above its price point.

A layout that works
The Teton is a three bedroom two bathroom single level home with the master suite on one side and the two secondary bedrooms on the other.
The great room sits at the back of the home. That is a detail worth noting. Instead of walking through the main living space to get everywhere else in the house, the layout keeps the great room as a destination rather than a throughway. It feels more intentional and more spacious than the square footage suggests.
The kitchen
The kitchen features 3cm granite slab countertops, knotty alder cabinets, and stainless steel appliances as standard. A welcoming dining area sits just off the kitchen, keeping meals and conversation connected without the spaces bleeding into each other.
